The red of passion isn’t the only fire.
\nThings burn in different hues,
\nthe varying blues of intensity,
\nthe suspicious yellow nearing outtage
\nand green, just another element.<\/p>\n

Darkness, too, is fire
\nwhen love is neither
\npresent or absent.
\nThe chilling heat
\nchars extremities
\nwith the bitter
\nyou-could-have–
\nthings unsaid always did like
\nto fester
\nin meteoric crevices or
\nblack holes or even stars.<\/p>\n

Nothing ever burns out
\nbecause space never runs out
\nof refuse.<\/p>\n
